Back to School Outreach Day
On July 11th, 2026, we came together for a FREE, all-day community event serving families across Chicago's South Side. With mobile health units, essential school supplies, food distribution, and more — we made a real impact. Thank you to everyone who volunteered, donated, and showed up for our community.
